No Arsenic in Champlain Orchards Sweet Cider

I’ve been concerned about reports of arsenic in apple juice and wondered about our local Champlain Orchards sweet cider. Bill Suhr from Champlain Orchards reports that testing indicates no detectable arsenic in their sweet cider (“Less than .001 mg/l (part per billion) or undetectable”) That’s good news! I usually use Strafford Creamery’s organic Maple ice cream and Champlain Orchards sweet cider. Shake together and serve. Delicious!
